Going through all of this is hard enough, even without losing anyone. Sounds like hand washing and disinfecting are going be extremely critical for you and your sister. I wish I could offer something more helpful. Edit: Their caregiver contracted COVID. She notoriously wore her mask under her nose. Apparently she gave it to them before she tested positive/had symptoms.
